Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Kasey is best known for her unparalleled dedication to the company and its employees. Her number one rule is, “people first; business second”. The creativity and etiquette she brings to the construction industry is both unrivaled and original. Her generosity and tenacity make her a force to be reckoned with. Along with a vast background in multiple fields such as finance, communications, customer relations, and senior management, her skill set is abundant and boundless.  While she is also a licensed electrician, notary public, certified personal trainer, ordained minister, and retired roller derby professional, her true passions revolve around her three daughters and four cats. You can also catch her in the local tattoo shop whenever she requires a little R&R.

Jennifer Howell

Owner and Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, Jenn spends her time working with the team in planning and prioritize strategic business moves.

Guiding department heads with expert advice to enhance overall team efficiency, keeping meetings focused and planning and coordinating them effectively. She sets key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance and provides hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.

From Pinpointing and addressing core issues within business processes to presenting the senior leaders with detailed company operations analysis she loves to roll up her sleaves and get it done.

Michael Viggiani

Business Development

An energy and lighting expert of 20+ years, Michael has launched many innovative products in the lighting and energy sector. Prior to coming on board to develop the business for Central Services, he sold his successful Go Green LED company, and founded Green Earth Systems, which owns a portfolio of UV-C focused sterilization products.

Michael is a passionate about seeing things in the world improve, and loves seeing a great project come together for everyone involved.

He loves keeping our installation teams busy with exciting projects and new opportunities.

Joe Germonto

I like to think of myself as an executive ingrained with an entrepreneurial spirit. Over the years, I have spearheaded the growth trajectories of multiple companies, helping set them apart in their respective markets.  My expertise lies not only in identifying fresh business opportunities but also in forging partnerships that stand the test of time. My holistic approach, servant-minded & meticulous management of relationships, and ability to establish immediate and lasting rapport with clients and & stakeholders.


William Haynes

William “Billy” Haynes is a dedicated technician who is committed to Central Services vision of providing the best value in electrical and lighting in our region.

From the initial scope to the final walk-through, he ensures the installations go smoothly, safely, and efficiently every time.
